    Applicants must have registered on NMLS or eligible to become registered and must meet certain credit and background check requirements.





    • Originate first and second lien residential loans.
    • Interview prospective customers in order to determine their objectives, advise them of Bank pricing and product options, analyze credit and financial information and obtain any other relevant or required documentation.
    • Provide accurate and complete applications to the loan originations group.
    • Conducts themselves at all times in a professional and ethical manner when dealing with potential and existing clients, adhering to all Fair Lending regulations and laws.
    • Possess the ability to analyze complex financial matters and structure alternative loans as required
    • Keep in communication at all times with the customer throughout the origination process, from the time of application to closing, including all involved business partners.
    • Regularly meet with and provide feedback to the Sr. Vice President of Retail Lending on pipeline status and field observations.
    • Actively participates in local business and community activities and maintains close contact with local builders, real estate brokers and agents, customers and prospects.
    • Must achieving production goals as set forth by the Bank.



    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • 4 year college degree preferred, with relevant financial and marketing background.
    • Familiarity with residential real estate and mortgage lending terminology and operating procedures.
    • Knowledge of conventional/conforming guidelines and origination systems including FNMA and FHLMC.
    • One year experience in a financial institution, loan office or real estate environment preferred.
    • Must be eligible to become registered on NMLS, including credit and background checks
